Wedding Photography Flow
Initial Meeting
Our first meeting is a time for you to get familiar with us and for us to get an understanding of what you want. It is crucial that we establish trust between the couple and photographers. We know that we may not be the right photographers for every wedding. It is important that you feel comfortable with us and that we establish a good rapport.
Planning & Preparation
Because we want to make sure that we capture the things that matter to you, we provide a planning document, along with the contract. This will give us necessary information, as well as a general schedule for your wedding day. We highly value your input, so feel free to provide any additional information that is not requested in the document. The planning document will later act as a guideline for us to make sure we stay on track as the events of this busy day unfold.
Engagement Photos
Engagement sessions are a great time for us to really grasp your individual style. We prefer to photograph you at the location of the wedding, or outside in a park or urban area in St. Louis Missouri. This is a time for you to relax and not worry about wedding details. We want to capture your affection for each other.
Final Meeting
Three to six weeks before your wedding, we will schedule a final meeting with you to work out any last details. We will set our schedule for your wedding day during this meeting.
Delivering the Goods
Approximately 3-4 weeks after your wedding, we will contact you to let you know that your proofs are available to view online. This will allow you time to show them to your family and friends and to decide which photos you want for print. Prints are generally available within 1- 2 weeks of placing your order.
